Welcome to Commander Zone. By accessing or using our website, apps, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it by automated means not provided by us, scraping at a rate that violates third-party API terms, or using it for unlawful purposes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of decklists, comments, images, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate your User Content as needed to provide the Service. You represent you have the necessary rights to submit User Content.

4. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

We respect intellectual property rights. Except for User Content, all materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Magic: The Gathering, MTG, and all associated logos, card names, and art are trademarks and/or copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro. Card images and related artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used for information and reference purposes only.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., data providers, payment or email vendors). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
